It was in 2022 that Candice and Jonathan decided to settle down in this exceptional site in the Aubrac on the green Viadène plateau, facing the Cantal mountains. It is no coincidence that these catering professionals chose to settle here after having cut their teeth in large establishments. Candice is, in fact, originally from the village of Argences-en-Aubrac. A return to her roots for this mixologist who exercised her talent in Paris, London and New York when Jonathan was training with the greatest chefs.

Drawing on their respective experiences and rich in their complementarity, the young couple now puts their know-how at the service of your leisure or professional stays in the heart of the Aubrac Regional Natural Park.

After having been the student of several renowned chefs, Jonathan Riboulet decided to work for his own restaurant in Aveyron where you will be served gourmet and bistronomic dishes. In the evening enjoy cocktails prepared by mixologist Candice.
